Simplifying Guest Wi-Fi Authentication with Mi-WiFi and SonicWall

15 years of partnership – Mi-WiFi configuration guidance on the official SonicWall Knowledge Base.

Mi-WiFi enables businesses to provide a branded, managed guest Wi-Fi experience through external guest authentication, allowing visitors to connect through the Mi-WiFi portal.

For SonicWall partners and customers, this provides a practical reference for configuring SonicWall firewalls to redirect guest Wi-Fi users to the Mi-WiFi authentication portal.

What does this mean for businesses and partners?

• Simplified guest access: Direct guests to a dedicated authentication portal before they connect.
• Branded experiences: Create opportunities to engage guests through a customised Wi-Fi login page.
• Better guest engagement: Use the Wi-Fi login experience to support customer interaction and data collection.
• Partner opportunities: Expand your Wi-Fi offering with a guest authentication and engagement platform.

Mi-WiFi helps businesses move beyond basic connectivity by turning guest Wi-Fi into an opportunity for engagement, insights and improved customer experiences.
